The Twin Room was a good size with a comfy bed and a big bathroom. We had a nice terrace that was a great spot to relax. Everything was super clean, which is always a plus. Just remember that if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring ear plugs since it's on the main street. But overall, I slept pretty well after those long days out.

Couples seeking a good stay
The staff were incredibly welcoming, really made us feel at home, especially Anna at the front desk who’s always smiling and helpful , it was refreshing. The meals left a mark too, generous portions at dinner and who can say no to free mulled wine in the afternoons , just perfect after a long day on the slopes.
It wasn’t exactly cheap , but for what you get, it’s acceptable.

I adored the charming lounge with its roaring fire. it was the perfect spot to relax with a hot drink after skiing. The cozy ambiance made me feel as warm and happy as a fresh batch of cookies.
A bit more soundproofing in the rooms.

Perfectly accessible slopes just 20 paces away from the gondola, which made getting to and from the ski areas a breeze. The room, while compact, accommodated my needs with a kettle and good hanging space for ski gear.
While enjoying the convenient location, I noticed the ski boot room was inadequately utilized with only two bags allowed for storage upon arrival, which felt restrictive despite the ample space available. The shower curtain could use a redesign—water splashed everywhere due to an odd gap, which required extra towels to manage. The evening menu wasn’t available until late, which created difficulty in planning dining options after a long day on the slopes.

I loved the cozy atmosphere of my room, which featured a lovely balcony offering stunning mountain views. The breakfast selection was really impressive with a variety of delicious options, and the easy access to the gondola just across the street made it ideal after a day of skiing.
The shower curtain design could use improvement as it allowed water to splash outside the bath.

This place was just a proper fit for a quick trip in Arinsal with best value. The location was ideal, opposite the gondola, making access to the slopes a breeze. If you're sensitive to noise, consider bringing ear plugs since it can get a bit lively outside.

Exceptional dining and cozy atmosphere
Our stay was highlighted by the exceptional dining experience, with dinner offering three carefully crafted courses that surpassed typical 3-star hotel offerings. The complimentary afternoon gluhwein and cakes added a special touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere to unwind after skiing. I appreciated how the friendly staff were always available to provide excellent recommendations for local activities. the charge for using the ski locker felt unnecessary and could be improved.

missingWrote a review on 08 Febgreat breakfastconvenient locationinefficient ski lockerproblematic showerpoor soundproofing
The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including traditional regional homemade products that were quite satisfying. Proximity to the gondola was convenient, making accessing the ski slopes easy. the shower curtain design was problematic, causing water to splash all over the bathroom floor. soundproofing in the room could be improved, as late-night noise from the street was disruptive. The ski locker policy also seemed inefficient, limiting the storage capacity despite ample space available.

missingWrote a review on 27 Jan
Upon arrival, the ski locker policy seemed off, limiting storage for ski gear and luggage when the space was available to handle much more. My room, while cozy with a nice view, lacked adequate space for drying off after showering due to an awkward shower curtain that left the floor soaked – a simple fix would greatly help. Plus, the evening menu wasn’t out until the afternoon, so planning for dinner felt a bit too last-minute after a full day on the slopes. The breakfast options could use a bit of spicing up as well. it felt rather generic and could benefit from a wider selection.
